Private Yin Yoga + Reiki Group Class
Yin Yoga is a quiet, healing, and meditative practice. We slowly and gently stretch the connective tissues of the body, gaining flexibility and increasing the range of motion and lubrication in the joints. Combining Yin yoga with Reiki is nurturing and can be restorative on many levels. Class is tailored to you.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that balances subtle energies within our bodies and activates self-healing mechanisms. It’s an ancient Japanese energy healing method that addresses physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances. It is known by many other names in cultures throughout the world: Qi, Prana, Orgone, Aether, etc.
Reiki practitioners keep positive, pure energy flowing through and around the body as they study the individual’s vibration to clear what’s blocked, heal what’s broken, and recover what feels lost. By working on this subtle level, we can move stagnation and discover an inner sense of peace and joy that is our birthright. Emerge feeling relaxed yet energized with this restorative treatment that has historical roots around the world.
